How Property sourcing Process will work

- Send over an introduction of yourself and requirements via our contact page, book in a short up to 5min phone call to get acquainted and get a good idea of investment needs and expectations

  1. Provide us with an introduction: who you are, what your requirements may be, and your expectations of our service. This can be done via our website, our email, or via a scheduled phone call, estimated to last between 5 and 10 minutes.

  2. A list of up to 5 properties will be provided. The choice of properties is entirely yours. 

  3. A seller or agent associated with said property will then be contacted by one of our Deal Sourcers dependant on which properties interest you, directly followed by a preview of said property or properties.

  4. Negotiations proceed and a deal pertaining to a sale price, the Return On Investment (ROI) an estimated Growth Development Value (GDV) and any fees will be presented.

  5. A deal is procured and all associated documents and information are sent over to you in full detail, ready for a finalising signature and a passive income.

We go to work to find deals and properties that match your criteria and give you’re a brief preview

- The preview could be anything from 1 to 5 different properties for you to choose which 1 or more you want to proceed with. 

All negotiations are done with the sellers and/or agents to get the right deal for you.

- This included finalised selling price, (Return on investment) ROI , estimated (Growth development value) GDV and fees

Final Deal is fully packaged and produced. 

- The end of the road, the deal is sent over in full detail and signed over to you the buyer.
